Once an account is created in the platform you need to complete your account information. This information is important to allow your business partners key information about your company.

Btwentyfour uses the account information to enrich messages so keeping your information up-to-date is important to ensure smooth operations with your partners.

2 Click "My Organisation"

Navigate to the section labeled "My Organisation"

3 Click "My Party"

Access the "My Party" section

4 Click here

Your account will be prefilled with your account name and GLN number, start adding more information by clicking your desired field and add or alter the information.

5 Fill in you information

Go down the list and enter or alter your information field by field

6 Add VAT number

Proceed by adding your VAT number

7 Enter your VAT number

Enter your VAT number

8 Click "Save"

Once all your information is updated click save to save the information you just provided.
